- The WSM-500 heavy-duty industrial IGBT inverter DC pulse TIG welder adopts a full digital MCU intelligent control system, integrating High Frequency TIG, Lift TIG pulsed argon arc welding, and MMA stick welding functions. It also supports carbon arc gouging to meet diversified industrial metal processing demands.
- The machine is equipped with a visualized operation panel with waveform diagram for intuitive parameter setting. It has Storage & Recall functions to save and call custom welding programs, independent switching for air cooling/water cooling mode, Gas Check argon test function, as well as real-time Power and Alarm status display. Multiple trigger modes including 2-Step, 4-Step, Spot Welding and Repeat cycle are built-in, with independent adjustment of Hot Start, Welding Current and Arc Force for flexible manual and batch production welding work.

Full MCU digital control enables independent fine tuning of pre-gas time, arc starting current, ramp-up time, peak/base pulse current, pulse frequency (0.1–999Hz), duty cycle (5%–95%), ramp-down crater current and post-gas time. High-speed pulse waveform output brings concentrated, rigid electric arc, narrow heat-affected zone and uniform fish-scale welding beads, perfectly suitable for ultra-thin sheet precision welding.
- Multi Welding Modes & Flexible Trigger Logic
Four core welding processes are available: HF High Frequency TIG, Lift scratch-start TIG, Pulsed TIG and MMA stick welding. Built-in 2-Step/4-Step trigger logic, Spot Welding and Repeat cycle functions adapt to short spot welding, long continuous welding and cyclic production. Independent Hot Start and Arc Force adjustment raises the arc striking success rate to 100% for smooth MMA welding performance.
- Optional Water Cooling Trolley System for Non-Stop Production
Matched water cooling tank and integrated trolley are optional to support long-time continuous heavy load welding. The all-in-one trolley combines welding main unit, cooling water tank and gas cylinder mounting bracket for convenient mobile field operation. Standard air cooling version is also available for light-duty daily welding tasks.

- Multi-Layer Intelligent Safety Protection & Low Interference
Patented protection circuit prevents overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss damage caused by unstable industrial power grid. Low high-frequency interference design avoids signal disturbance to surrounding equipment and automatic welding robots. The Gas Check function allows argon gas inspection before welding to eliminate oxidation welding defects.
- Wireless Remote Control & Robot Intelligent Compatibility
Adopts communication-band wireless remote control technology, the full-function wireless remote box supports long-distance parameter adjustment without approaching the machine body. Compatible with mainstream brand welding robots, supporting analog IO and RS485 communication interfaces. It can be upgraded to IoT intelligent welder for remote centralized monitoring and group management of welding equipment via network.
