1. Product Overview
  • The WSM-400 is a heavy-duty IGBT inverter DC pulse TIG welder built for industrial precision welding. Adopting full digital MCU intelligent control system, this machine integrates High Frequency TIG, Lift TIG pulsed argon arc welding and MMA stick welding functions, compatible with carbon arc gouging to meet multi-scenario metal processing demands.
  • The control panel features an intuitive waveform diagram with all core adjustable parameters: pulse frequency, duty cycle, slope up/down time, hot start, arc force, spot welding and 2-step/4-step trigger modes. It supports storage & recall of custom welding programs, gas inspection, water/air cooling switch, and real-time power & alarm indication for convenient operation.

  • High Power IGBT Inverter Core
Equipped with high-power IGBT modules, stable output, high working efficiency and outstanding reliability. Compact lightweight structure breaks the bulkiness of traditional industrial welders, easy for workshop transfer and mobile operation. It meets Grade 1 energy efficiency standard GB 28736-2019 with energy-saving performance, machine efficiency reaches ≥88%, power factor up to 0.94.
  • Full Digital Precise Parameter Regulation
Full MCU digital control enables independent fine-tuning of pre-gas, arc starting current, ramp-up time, peak/base pulse current, pulse frequency (0.1–999Hz), duty cycle (5%–95%), slope-down crater current and post-gas time. High-speed pulse waveform output delivers stiff concentrated arc, narrow heat-affected zone and uniform fish-scale weld beads, perfect for ultra-thin sheet precision welding.
  • Multi Welding Modes & Flexible Trigger Logic
Supports 3 core welding processes: HF High Frequency TIG, Lift TIG scratch arc welding, MMA stick welding. Built-in 2-Step, 4-Step, Spot Welding and Repeat cycle modes to match manual short weld, continuous production and spot forming workpieces. Independent Hot Start and Arc Force adjustment optimize arc ignition success rate to 100% for smooth MMA welding.
  • Optional Water Cooling & Mobile Integrated Design
Optional matched water cooling tank enables long-duration continuous welding. Integrated trolley design combines main power source, cooling water tank and gas cylinder bracket for flexible mobile site work. Air cooling standard version is also available for light-load daily operation.
  • Intelligent Safety Protection & Anti-interference
Patented multi-protection circuit against overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss, effectively avoid machine damage from unstable industrial power grid. Low high-frequency interference design will not disrupt peripheral equipment and welding robots. Equipped with Gas Check function to test argon supply before welding to prevent oxidation defects.
  • Wireless Remote & Robot Compatibility
Adopts communication-band wireless remote control technology; full-function wireless remote box supports long-distance parameter adjustment without approaching the machine. Compatible with mainstream brand welding robots, supporting analog IO and RS485 communication interface. Can be upgraded to IoT intelligent welder for remote group equipment monitoring and management.
  • Strong Continuous Loading Capacity
40℃ working environment, 400A output at 60% duty cycle, stable 100% continuous welding under 310A current, capable of long-hour heavy industrial production.
