This M-20iA heavy-duty welding robot workstation is a customized large-scale automatic welding solution designed for oversized, heavy and thick-plate workpieces in heavy industry. It adopts 6-axis main robot matched with 4 external auxiliary axes, cooperating with long-stroke servo rotation arm and 5.7-ton heavy-load dual-axis positioner. Featuring ultra-large working coverage, super heavy load capacity and micron-level repeated positioning accuracy, the whole system supports full-position synchronous linkage welding. Equipped with PowerWave 500M high-current welding power source and intelligent seam tracking software, it perfectly solves difficult welding problems of large steel structures, engineering machinery accessories and oversized equipment parts.
