The robot working radius reaches 1850mm with a rated load of 20Kg, meeting the installation requirements of various welding torches and auxiliary welding accessories. Supported by a PowerWave 455M welding power source with a 450A rated current, the equipment ensures stable welding current, smooth welding seams, and excellent welding forming effects, which is suitable for long-time continuous industrial welding production.
2. High-precision Rotation Arm
Equipped with high-stability rotation arm mechanism, the X-axis travel is 1500mm and Y-axis travel is up to 6000mm, covering a large processing range for oversized workpieces. The repeated positioning accuracy is controlled within ±0.1mm, effectively ensuring the consistency of welding track and avoiding welding deviation. The rigid mechanical structure greatly improves the overall stability during high-load welding operation.
3. 10T Heavy-duty Welding Positioner
This heavy-load positioner supports ±90° tilt angle and 360° unlimited rotation angle, realizing omnidirectional flipping and rotating welding of workpieces. With repeatability of ±0.1mm@¢2000mm, maximum tool length of 2500mm and maximum swing diameter of 1500mm, the positioner owns a load capacity up to 10 tons. It can stably carry large and heavy workpieces such as engineering booms, metal frames and mechanical structural parts, perfectly adapting to heavy industry welding demands.
4. Customized Fixture & Overall Space
The workstation fixture is professionally customized according to customer workpiece drawings and actual production requirements, which can tightly clamp irregular and large workpieces to prevent displacement during welding. The overall occupation space of the equipment is 6m*5m*5m (Length*Width*Height), with compact and reasonable layout, saving factory space while ensuring flexible operation space.
5. Intelligent Software Configuration
To improve welding intelligence and automation level, this welding workstation is equipped with multiple optional intelligent software modules, including Arc Welding system, Smartac intelligent control system and Arc Sensor tracking system. The arc sensor can real-timely identify welding seam deviation and automatically correct the welding track; the intelligent control system simplifies programming operation, reduces manual intervention, and greatly lowers the threshold of robot operation.
