MA1440 compact welding robot workstation is a cost-effective integrated automatic welding solution designed for medium and small-sized metal workpieces. Adopting 6-axis industrial welding robot plus 2 external auxiliary axes, this welding cell realizes flexible multi-axis synchronous linkage welding without dead angles. Equipped with original YD-500GS4HVE 500A high-performance welding power source, it delivers stable welding arc, low spatter and excellent welding molding effect. Supporting dual-axis servo positioner with ±0.1mm high repeat positioning accuracy, the whole workstation meets high-precision batch welding production demands. Meanwhile, we provide fully customized fixtures according to customer workpiece drawings and production processes. With a small overall footprint of 2m*2m*2.5m, it is easy to deploy in limited-space workshops without complicated site renovation.
