This TA-1400 automatic welding robot workstation is a professional customized intelligent welding solution specially developed for auto parts manufacturing. Adopting a 6-axis main robot + 2 external auxiliary axes linkage design, matched with a YD-350GR3HNK high-performance welding power source and a 1.0T high-precision servo positioner, the whole system features flexible movement, high positioning accuracy, and stable welding quality. Equipped with the Smartac intelligent welding system and arc seam tracking function, it effectively solves welding deviation problems, ensuring consistent and high-quality welding finish for mass production of automotive structural parts. All workstation configurations and fixtures can be fully customized according to customer workpiece drawings and process requirements.
