Six-Axis Fully Automatic Welding Robot Workstation | High-Precision Custom Industrial Welding Equipment

The welding robot workstation is our core automatic welding complete equipment. It adopts a mature 6-axis robot welding system, matched with a three-axis gantry cantilever, all-round positioner, customized fixtures and intelligent welding control system. Featuring stable operation, high repeat accuracy and uniform welding forming, it supports mass, standardized and unmanned welding production. It is widely applied in hardware products, steel structures, mechanical parts, auto parts and other industries.

1. Main Robot Configuration

Equipped with M-20 6-axis welding robot, it supports 6-axis body movement and 7-axis external linkage, delivering wider motion range and higher flexibility. The robot boasts a working radius of 1811mm and a rated load of 20Kg with stable operation. Matched with PowerWave 455M welding power source with a rated current of 450A, it ensures stable current output and supports long-term continuous precision welding operations.

2. Three-Axis Rotating Cantilever System

The workstation is fitted with a large three-axis rotating cantilever structure. The stroke specifications are X-axis: 5370mm, Y-axis: 980mm, Z-axis: 1170mm, covering the welding range of large workpieces. The overall repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.1mm with precise positioning and tiny operation error, effectively ensuring consistent welding quality of mass-produced products.

3. High-Precision Heavy-Duty Positioner

Equipped with an industrial-grade positioner, it supports ±360° omnidirectional tilting and rotation, allowing arbitrary adjustment of workpiece welding posture. With a repeat accuracy of ±0.1mm, maximum workpiece length of 2000mm, maximum swing diameter of 1200mm and load capacity of 1.5 tons, it is suitable for welding large and heavy structural parts.

4. Custom Welding Fixtures

Non-standard customized fixtures are available. We can design and manufacture fixtures targeted according to customers’ product drawings, workpiece dimensions and production process requirements. With firm clamping and accurate positioning, the fixtures effectively prevent welding deformation and displacement, adapting to flexible welding production of workpieces with various specifications.

5. Equipment Size and Intelligent Welding System

The overall equipment dimension is 10.42m×4.5m×3.95m (L×W×H). With a reasonable structural layout, it is convenient for workshop placement and production line docking. The system is equipped with multiple intelligent functions, including Arc Welding, Smartac intelligent control and Arc Sensor tracking, which can automatically correct welding seam tracks and greatly improve welding quality and product yield.

6. Product Customization Instructions

This integrated robotic automatic welding equipment supports non-standard customization. The overall configuration, structural scheme and welding process can be adjusted personalized according to customers’ workpiece process requirements, providing one-stop automatic welding solutions for enterprises.
