1. Multiple Control Modes & Adjustable Frequency
It supports 6 professional control modes: primary peak current, secondary constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant pulse width and hybrid control, ensuring stable and consistent welding results. Welding frequency is adjustable from 1kHz to 5kHz freely. With fast control response and high precision, it perfectly adapts to various complex welding working conditions.
2. Built-in Welding Detection & Safety Protection
Equipped with built-in welding detection function, it displays 8 real-time welding waveforms including welding current, voltage, power and resistance. All welding data is visible clearly for easy quality monitoring.
It integrates multiple fault diagnosis, welding protection and monitoring alarm functions to guarantee operation safety. Support multi-stage discharge, ramp-up and ramp-down functions, effectively reduce welding spatter and improve welding formation stability.
3. Automatic Weld Quality Judgment
The system can automatically detect welding process abnormalities. Users can set upper and lower limits for current, voltage, and power. Once exceeding the preset range, it will trigger an immediate abnormal alarm.
Each welding spot data including current, voltage, power and fault records will be saved in table format, supporting USB disk export for welding quality tracking and traceability.
4. Welding Schedules & Rich Communication Interfaces
It provides 32 sets of welding parameter storage, expandable for multi-variety welding production. Equipped with complete IO ports and support mainstream communication protocols: MODBUS, RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, convenient for connecting with external automated equipment and production lines.
