Product Overview
- This electronic pulse resistance spot and projection welder is a power-frequency AC resistance welding machine designed for spot and projection welding of metal sheets. It integrates a precision welding power supply, pneumatic pressing cylinder, and an electric control system. The single-power, single-welding-head discharge mode delivers stable operation, high welding precision, and broad compatibility with different sheet materials.
- A digital touch control panel makes operation simple. Multiple sets of welding parameters can be stored, supporting both automated production lines and standalone welding workstations. The machine complies with EU CE safety standards and is suitable for overseas industrial production.
Applicable Welding Materials
Suitable for spot and projection welding of:
- Stainless steel sheets
- Galvalume and galvanized steel sheets
- Ordinary iron and low-carbon steel sheets
- High-carbon steel and special laminated metal sheets

Working Principle
- The machine uses an electronic pulse power-frequency welding principle. The built-in transformer reduces input voltage and increases output current to produce low-voltage, high-current welding output. The current passes through the welding electrodes to the workpiece joint, where contact resistance generates concentrated heat and rapidly melts the metal. Under constant pneumatic pressure, the workpieces fuse to form stable spot and projection welds. A two-stage discharge process supports preheating, shaping, and tempering.
Core Advantages
- Strong Welding Output: High penetration for low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and other hard-to-weld sheets, reducing cold joints and burn-through.
- Two-Stage Discharge: Independent preheating, shaping, and tempering improve results for multi-point projection welding and laminated materials.
- Safe Design: 24VDC low-voltage control system and CE-compliant protection circuits help reduce electrical and pneumatic risks.
- Digital Touch Control: Easy parameter adjustment with storage for 9 welding programs, enabling quick changeover and higher efficiency.

Structure Description
Machine Frame
- Integrated vertical C-type frame built from thickened steel plates and standard profiles. Post-weld annealing reduces internal stress and helps maintain long-term stability.
Pneumatic Pressing Assembly
- Provides constant welding pressure and helps correct workpiece flatness. Includes a pneumatic triple unit for filtration, moisture separation, and lubrication. Low air pressure triggers an audible/visual alarm and stops welding. The cylinder guide shaft uses alloy steel with hard chrome plating and self-lubricating bearings.
Electrode Assembly
- Electrodes are machined from chromium-zirconium copper for high conductivity, thermal conductivity, and high-temperature hardness. Internal cooling channels extend service life. Custom electrodes are available.
Water Cooling System
- An air-cooled industrial chiller cools the transformer, thyristor components, and electrode tips. A flow meter and manual ball valve support flow monitoring and maintenance.
Packaging
- Export-standard fumigated solid wooden case with waterproof film lining. Moisture-proof, shock-proof, and collision-resistant for domestic and cross-border transport.
Safety Precautions
- Connect only to the rated 2-phase 380V power supply. Do not modify circuits or use non-standard voltage.
- Do not touch welding heads, electrodes, or moving parts during operation.
- Ensure stable compressed air supply. Do not weld without sufficient air pressure.
- Start welding only after the water cooling system is running normally.
- Regularly drain the pneumatic triple unit and replace cooling water.
