6 professional control logics are built-in: primary peak constant current, secondary constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant pulse width and hybrid control to adapt to complex welding processes.
Welding frequency can be adjusted among 1kHz/2kHz/3kHz/4kHz/5kHz with fast control response and high precision for stable welding performance of dissimilar metals.
4. Built-In Real-Time Welding Waveform Detection
- Equipped with a built-in waveform acquisition module, the machine simultaneously displays 8 sets of real-time waveform data including welding current, voltage, power and dynamic resistance for intuitive monitoring of each solder joint forming status.
- It integrates multi-level fault self-diagnosis, welding protection and sound-light alarm functions. Multi-stage discharge, current ramp-up and ramp-down functions effectively suppress welding spatter and further improve joint quality.
5. Automatic Weld Quality Judgment System
- Threshold upper and lower limits can be customized for real-time monitoring of current, voltage and power. An abnormal alarm triggers once output exceeds preset limits.
- The machine records full data (current, voltage, power and fault logs) of each solder joint in table format, supporting USB export to realize full-process weld traceability and meet quality management system standards.
