1.Multiple Control Modes & Adjustable Frequency
- 6 control modes (primary peak current, secondary constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant pulse width, hybrid control) ensure stable welding results. The welding frequency can be freely adjusted from 1K/2K/3K/4K/5K, with high control response and precision, adapting to various complex welding conditions.
2. Built-in Welding Detection Function
- Built-in detector function, real-time display of 8 real welding waveforms (welding current, voltage, power, resistance, etc.) and corresponding welding data, which is easy to understand and convenient for monitoring welding consistency and quality.
- It has built-in multiple fault diagnosis, welding protection functions and monitoring alarm functions to ensure welding safety. It supports multi-stage discharge, ramp-up and ramp-down functions, which help improve welding formation, effectively solve welding spatter and ensure welding stability.
3.Weld Quality Judgment
- The welding monitoring function can automatically judge whether there are problems in the welding process. Set upper and lower limits for current, voltage, and power monitoring; when the output exceeds the set limits, an abnormal alarm will be triggered. It records the current, voltage, power, and other data of each welding spot, as well as fault information, saves them in a table format, and supports U disk export, facilitating welding quality monitoring and traceability.
4.Multiple Welding Schedules & Various Communication Interfaces
- 32 sets of parameter storage for multi-variety welding (expandable). It is equipped with rich IO interfaces and supports various communication protocols (MODBUS, RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, etc.), facilitating external automated control.
