MIG-400DP is an industrial-grade IGBT inverter double pulse MIG/MAG welding machine, specially developed for multi-metal welding including pure aluminum, Al-Mg alloy, Al-Si alloy, silicon bronze, carbon steel and stainless steel. Equipped with fully digital control panel, pre-set welding material formulas and wire diameter options, it realizes one-key synergic parameter matching, greatly simplifying welding operation for different base metals and welding wires, widely applied in heavy machinery, vehicle manufacturing, shipbuilding, sheet metal engineering and aluminum fabrication.

1. Welding Mode Selection (Welding Method)

• Single Pulse / Double Pulse: Pulse output for thin & medium sheet welding to minimize spatter, ideal for aluminum alloy welding;
• DC Mode: Conventional direct current MIG welding for carbon steel;
• Synergic: Automatic voltage-current matching after selecting material & wire size (one-knob intelligent regulation);
