MIG-280DP Double Pulse IGBT Inverter MIG/MMA/TIG Multi Welding Machine
MIG-280DP is an advanced IGBT inverter double pulse gas shielded welding machine, integrated with MIG/MAG, MMA Stick, TIG/GTAW three mainstream welding processes, equipped with full digital parameter control panel and rich customized welding functions for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel welding work in metal processing, auto repair, engineering fabrication industries.
1. Core Control Panel & Functional Features
The digital control panel adopts dual digital tube real-time parameter display, two rotary encoders for parameter adjustment, with complete function options as below:
- Welding Mode Selection (Welding Process)
- Single Pulse / Double Pulse: Standard pulse & dual pulse output for thin sheet anti-spatter welding;
- Respectively: Separate adjustment of current & wire feed speed;
- Synergic: Automatic matching of welding voltage and wire feed speed by one knob adjustment;
- MMA: Manual arc stick welding mode;
- TIG/GTAW: DC tungsten argon arc welding function.
2. Torch Trigger Logic Control (Weld Ctrl)
- 2-step(2T): Two-step switch control, press to arc start, release to stop welding;
- 4-step(4T): Standard four-step control for long-time continuous welding;
- Special 4-step(S4T): Custom special four-step program for special craft welding;
- Spot Welding: Timing spot weld function for fixed-point thin plate connection.
3. Auxiliary Function Buttons
- Gas Check: Pre-gas test before welding to check gas circuit;
- Manual Wire Feed: Independent manual wire feeding without arc ignition for threading;
- Store Delete / Recall: Save & call custom welding parameter programs, store multiple sets of craft data;
- Function(FUNC): Extended parameter setting menu for waveform & arc fine-tuning.
