  • The transformer features low secondary output voltage and high current.
  • The transformer has a low continuous duty cycle and operates intermittently.
  • The transformer delivers high power transmission capacity.
  • Operating frequency: 1kHz / 4kHz.
  • It outputs DC current, with low inductive effect in the secondary circuit, greatly improving thermal efficiency.
  • With DC output, the skin effect concentrates welding heat and reduces the heat-affected zone around the weld spot, which is especially critical for welding multi-layer and thick plates.
  • The core of the medium-frequency transformer is made of nano-amorphous iron-based strip material, which offers advantages including high magnetic flux density, high permeability, high Curie temperature, high thermal stability, low eddy current loss, low core loss, and high magnetic induction intensity.
